If you forgot your app passcode, abra o app e see if you can access your account using biometrics, like FaceID and TouchID. If you can, go to "Profile" > "Security" > "Forgot passcode". We will send you a link via email for you to create a new passcode, so select the link from the email and create your new passcode.
If you are unable to log into the app using your passcode or biometrics, follow the steps to verify your Broad login email. You can also send an email the Broad team at ola@broad.app and we will help you.
