Before trying to complete the purchase again, make sure that you followed the steps below:
- you have entered the card details correctly
- the billing address is the address you used to register at Broad
- the website ships to your address
- your account balance of the currency you are transacting in is sufficient to pay for the transaction amount
- if you are transacting in a currency that is not Pound, Euro or Dollar, remember to have enough balance for the transaction in Euro
For security reasons, you will need to confirm the transaction in the app and we will send you an app notification about this, so always leave your notifications turned on.
